Australia is a perfect holiday destination as there are plenty of places to see and relish! However, a holiday may not be the only reason you may wish to come here. You may have relatives or friends that you would like to visit or you may want to visit here for business purposes. No matter what your reasons are from the above, we can assist you in getting the right visitor visa to suit your purpose!

Visitor Visa (Subclass 600) may be granted to those who are travelling to Australia as a visitor, for business visitor activities, to visit family or for those with a registered travel agent from the People's Republic of China.

There are four streams of Visitor visa (Subclass 600):

• Tourist Stream: If your main intention is to visit various places around Australia and go on a tour, then this stream would suit you.
• Sponsored Family Stream: If you would like to visit Australia primarily for the purposes of visiting an eligible family member and if they are willing and eligible to be your sponsor, then this stream of visitor visa would suit you.
• Business Visitor Stream: If your main reason for visit is for business purposes, then this stream would suit you! However, you cannot do a business with this visa. You may only make business negotiations, business survey, market research for your business, or activities that would be necessary to establish or carry out business.
• Approved Destination Status Stream: This relates to applicants who are citizens of People' s Republic of China.

You will be required to show that you do intend to leave Australia before your visitor visa expires. You will also need to show that you would be financially capable of supporting yourself, or that someone else would financially support you during your visit.

Only certain passport holders can apply for this visa online. If you cannot apply online, you can lodge a paper application. Once you are already in Australia, you can also apply for tourist stream of visitor visa from Australia provided that your existing visa conditions do not include condition "No further stay".
